第四脑室肿瘤的CT诊断

目的探讨第四脑室肿瘤影像诊断价值及CT扫描所见。方法采用全身CT机、矩阵512×512,扫描层厚8mm,层距10mm,部份小病灶,用5mm薄层扫描,全部病例均行平扫和增强扫描,造影剂用60%泛影葡胺,剂量成人50～100mL,儿童按1.5～2mL/kg。结果本组第四脑室肿瘤28例不同肿瘤,经CT扫描全部获得阳性特征,诊断准确率较高。结论对于第四脑室肿瘤采用CT诊断准确、可靠、分辨率高。

Diagnosis of CT on Tumor of Fourth Cerebral Ventricle

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value and CT scan. Methods The matrix of 512×512 at layer of 10 mm of 8 mm thickness was performed with plan scan and enhanced scan with 60% diatrizoate sodium 50～100 mL in adult and 1.5～2 mL/kg in children. Results 28 cases of varied tumor had positive signs in Ct scan with high diagnostic rate.Conclusion The CT could obtain the accuracy diagnosis on the fourth cerebral ventricle tumor with accuracy, reliable and high differential rate.
