| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性无痛性心肌梗死的临床特点及预后。方法回顾性分析66例急性心肌梗死的临床资料,对比26例急性无痛性心肌梗死及40例急性有痛性心肌梗死的预后。结果急性无痛性心肌梗死多见于中老年人、并发症多,死亡率高,具有统计学意义。结论应提高对急性无痛性心肌梗死的认识,争取早治疗,改善预后。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical characteristic and prognosis of acute pain-less myocardiac infarction.Methods Twenty-six patients with acute pain-less myocardial infarction to compared forty patients with acute pain myocardiac infraction for both groups patients" prognosis.Results Acute pain-less myocarrdiac infarction seems more in the "middle-old" aged persons,and they have more complicaton and mortality rate.There was statistics,significance.Conclusion The data show that acute pain-less myocardiac infarction should be understanded,strives for to threat early and improve the prognosis. |
