家兔心肌缺血及再灌流对红细胞变形能力的损伤

摘    要:
本文以家兔为对象,研究了在结扎冠状动脉左室枝后及放开结扎重新供血造成再灌流时红细胞变形能力、血液粘度、血浆粘度等流变特性的改变情况。结果表明:再灌流对红细胞变形能力的损伤程度比单纯缺血严重得多,血浆粘度及红细胞压积也有程度不同的升高,这些改变可以引起并加重心肌微循环障碍,导致心肌细胞的进一步损伤。

Abstract:
When myocardial ischemia and reperfusion in rabbits, the changes of hemorheologic parameters, such as red blood cell deformability, blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were stiuded in this paper. The results were as follows: red blood cell deformability were decreased more significantly in reperfusion group than in ischemia group, plasma viscosity and hematocrit were increased in reperfusion gloup. These results suggest that reperfusion can cause more injury to the red blood cell deformability and influence other hemorheologic parameters.
