宁波市部分社区糖尿病肾病的中医辨证分型横断面调查

目的：探讨社区2型糖尿病患者的糖尿病肾病发病率及中医证型分布特点.方法：对2010年5月～2010年7月宁波市部分社区1604例2型糖尿病患者进行尿微量白蛋白（MA）及尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶（NAG）的检验分析和辨证分型.结果：通过尿MA与尿NAG联合检验,1 604例2型糖尿病患者的糖尿病肾病患病率为28.4％,中医证型分布以气阴两虚型稍偏多.结论：尿MA与尿NAG联合检验可提高糖尿病肾病的筛查率.宁波地区部分社区2型糖尿病患者的糖尿病肾病患病率与国内报道相当,在糖尿病肾病的不同阶段,其中医病机及证型分布有一定相关性.

Cross-sectional Survey on TCM Syndrome of Diabetic Nephropathy in Some Communities of Ningbo

Objective：To discuss over the morbidity of diabetic nephropathy and the distribution characteristics of the TCM Syndrome Types of Diabetes Mellitus Ⅱ patients from communities.Methods：Test and analysis the urinary albumin （MA） and Urine N-acetyl-β-D-glucosminidase glycoside enzyme （NAG）,and differentiate the TCM Syndrome Types of 1604 Diabetics Mellitus Ⅱ patients from part of Ningbo communities from May 2010 to July 2010.Results：From combined tests of MA and NAG,the morbidity of diabetic nephropathy is 28.4％ of all 1604 Diabetics Mellitus Ⅱ patients.And through TCM Syndrome typing,the type of Qi and Yin Deficiency occupies a little bit larger population.Conclusion：Combined tests of MA and NAG can improve the screening rate of diabetic nephropathy.The morbidity of diabetic nephropathy of Diabetes Mellitus Ⅱ patients from part of Ningbo communities is similar to domestic reports.In different stages of diabetic nephropathy,the TCM pathogenesis and distribution of TCM Syndrome Types are relatively related.
