老年原发性高血压患者血同型半胱氨酸、超敏C-反应蛋白与颈动脉内膜-中层厚度的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与老年高血压患者颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)之间的相关关系,为老年原发性高血压患者的预后提供参考。方法选取2011年1月至2014年1月间东莞市虎门医院收治的老年原发性高血压患者90例作为观察组,经过临床检测,所有患者均测定IMT,其中IMT增高组42例,IMT正常组48例,另外按照相关条件选取健康人40例作为对照组,对所有入选者的Hcy、hs-CRP及IMT进行检测,分析Hcy、hs-CRP分别与IMT之间的相关关系。结果老年原发性高血压患者Hcy值越高,IMT越厚,两者呈显著正相关;hs-CRP值越高,IMT也越厚,两者也呈显著正相关关系。结论血同型半胱氨酸及超敏C-反应蛋白与颈动脉内膜-中层厚度显著呈正相关,其可以作为全身心血管疾病的重要指标,为提高老年原发性高血压患者的预后提供了一种新的途径。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation of blood homocysteine(Hcy) and high sensitive C reactive protein(hs- CRP) with carotid artery intima media thickness(IMT) in elderly patients with essential hypertension, and provide reference this population Methods Ninety elderly patients with essential hypertension who were admitted in Humen Hospital from Janu- ary 2011 to January 2014 were collected as the observation group. After clinical examination, the carotid artery IMT was meas- ured, with 42 cases in increased IMT group and 48 cases in normal IMT group. Forty healthy subjects were collected as the control group. The levels of Hcy, hs-CRP and IMT were detected in all patients, and the correlation of serum Hcy, hs-CRP with carotid artery IMT was analyzed. Results The level of Hcy in patients with primary hypertension higher, the carotid artery IMT was thicker, and there was positive correlation of the Hcy with IMT; The level of hs-CRP higher, the carotid artery IMT was thicker, and there was positive correlation of the hs-CRP with IMT. Conclusion There is positive correlation of serum homocysteine, high sensitive C reactive protein levels with carotid artery intima-media thickness, which can be used as an important indicator of cardiovascular disease, and provides a new way for improving the prognosis in elderly patients with essential hypertension.
