| 摘 要： | 骨关节炎(OA)是以软骨改变为主要特征,进而造成软骨下骨坏死、囊性变、骨密度增加和伴发骨赘形成的一种非特异性炎症。流行病学研究显示肥胖在OA的发生发展中起着很重要的作用。病理生理学与分子生物学的研究发现,肥胖导致的关节机械应激是OA发生的主要原因之一,而脂肪因子也在OA的关节软骨退化方面起着重要的作用。现就肥胖与OA发生的相关性及肥胖影响OA发生的可能机制两方面对肥胖与OA关系进行综述。
