| 摘 要： | 肺动脉夹层临床上非常罕见,但是该病是最为严重的心内科急症之一,死亡率极高,因此应该予以重视,本文通过对一例肺动脉夹层的诊治分析和文献复习,使医务人员熟悉该病的临床特点、可靠的诊断手段和治疗措施,以期提高对于该病诊治水平,并达到及早诊治、改善预后。 |

| Abstract: | Pulmonary artery dissection is a rare but life-threatening disease,most patients died suddenly.In this paper,we described the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment about pulmonary artery dissection through a case report and review.It may be helpful for us to improve the early diagnosis and treatment of this disease. |
