抗磷脂综合征及其心血管表现

抗磷脂综合征是具有血栓形成、习惯性流产、血小板减少等临床症状和抗磷脂抗体阳性为特征的一种自身免疫性疾病，近年来发现临床并不少见。但许多临床医生尤其是心血管内科医生对其临床表现的复杂性和多样性没有充分认识，以至于误诊和漏诊。现对其合并的心血管表现和基本处理策略进行综述，以加强对该病的识别和处理。

Review of Antiphospholipid Syndrome and Its Cardiovascular Manifestation

Antiphospholipid syndrome （ APS ） is an autoimmune disease accompanied by a variety of clinical manifestations such as thrombogenesis, habitual abortion, thrombocytopenia and positive anti-phospholipid antibody. In recent years, instances of this disease have gradually increased. Moreover, many clinicians, especially cardiovascular internists do not know of the complexity and multiplicity of the disease, and therefore misdiagnose. We have reviewed the cardiovascular manifestation and basic therapeutic strategy of Alas to aid in the identification and treatment of this disease.
