| 摘 要： | 目的了解综合ICU住院患者医院感染的特点及其相关危险因素,探讨有效预防与控制医院感染的方法。方法采取前瞻性目标性监测方法,对2010年9月～2011年2月入住ICU的患者进行调查,用ASA法调整医院感染发病率,并对侵入性操作相关感染进行分析。结果调查期间监测对象共907例,发生医院感染204例（21.03%）,223例次（22.99%）。其日医院感染发病率为24.40‰,日医院感染例次发病率为26.70‰;经ASIS调整后的日医院感染发病率为7.20‰,日医院感染例次发病率为7.80‰。呼吸机相关肺炎感染率27.76‰,中心静脉相关血流感染率8.40‰,导尿管相关泌尿道感染率2.00‰。结论 ICU医院感染率高,尤其是呼吸机相关性肺部感染率高,应加强引起感染相关因素控制,以降低ICU医院感染的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the characteristics of nosocomial infection and its risk factors in the general ICU and explore effective prevention and control measures for reducing the incidence of nosocomial infection.Methods Target monitoring procedures were set up.Prospective monitoring was done in inpatients in ICU.Results 204 of 907（21.03$） patients developed 223（22.9%） cases of NI.After adjusted with ASIS method,the daily NI rate and nosocomial case infection rate was 7.70‰ and 7.80% respectively.Conclusion ICU is a key department for the surveillance of NI.Target monitoring in ICU is an effective surveillance method to reduce the prevalence of nosocomial infection. |
