| 摘 要： | 目的观察低剂量沙利度胺（Thalidomide,国内商品名：反应停）联合地塞米松治疗多发性骨髓瘤（Multi-ple myeloma,MM）的疗效及副作用。方法对16例多发性骨髓瘤患者进行沙利度胺联合地塞米松治疗,沙利度胺起始量为每晚睡前100mg,每周增加50mg,直到200mg/天维持治疗,地塞米松15mg/天,每月治疗1～4天。结果 16例MM部分缓解4例,好转9例,无效3例,均出现不同程度的便秘,乏力等副作用,均可耐受,无不能耐受的毒副作用。结论低剂量沙利度胺联合地塞米松治疗多发性骨髓瘤效果明显,副作用小,耐受性好,给药方便。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of thalidomide in low dose combined with dexamethasone in treatment of multiple myeloma(MM).Methods the dose of thalidomide was gradually increased form 100mg/d to 200mg/dDexamethasone was given for 15mg/d,1-4days once a month.Results 4 of 16 cases with MM partially released,9 cases improved,and 3 cases was ineffective.The total effective rate was 81.2%(13/16).There were no side effects not to be tolerated.Conclusion.Conciusion Combination of the thalidomide in low dose with ... |
