| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药联合小剂量干扰素治疗老年慢性丙型肝炎的疗效及安全性。方法将符合慢性丙型肝炎诊断标准的60例老年患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,小剂量干扰素联合利巴韦林基础上加用利湿活血中药治疗,疗程12个月,随访6个月;对照组30例,小剂量干扰素联合利巴韦林治疗,疗程及随访时间同治疗组。结果治疗组完全显效63.3%,对照组33.3%,两组有显著差异（P〈0.05）;两组症状积分在治疗后,治疗组较对照组明显好转（P〈0.05）。结论中药联合小剂量干扰素治疗老年慢性丙型肝炎较传统治疗更为安全,有效,可在临床推广应用。
