| 摘 要： | 目的探讨＂和法＂应用于慢性乙肝治疗的理论渊源及临床价值。方法将208例病人随机分为治疗组108例和对照组100例。治疗组以＂和法＂为治疗大法,采用＂扶正散邪汤＂,对照组采用拉米夫定、易善复胶囊,治疗24周,观察ALT、TBil、HBV-DNA等水平变化情况。结果经治24周后,与对照组比较,治疗组的生化指标、临床症状明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采取＂和法＂论治HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎理论依据充分,可以取得很好临床疗效。 |
