医学教育中PBL教学法和案例教学法的比较研究

摘    要:以问题为中心的教学法和案例教学法都是近年来我国医学教育改革中经常采用的两种新型教学方法。但二者从教学论方面来看,在教学材料的选择上、教师角色观、教学目的上都存在着差别。从对我国医学教育实践中的适用性上看,案例教学法能更好地适应我国目前医学教育的资源状况,也有较PBL更好的教学质量的监控性,在教育观念上案例教学法更易于被医学生所接受。

Abstract:Problem-based learning (PBL) and case-based teaching method (CM) are two new types of teaching methods that have often been adopted in China' s medical teaching reform in recent years. The two teaching methods differ from each other in selection of teaching materials, outlook of teacher' s role, and aim of teaching. From the perspective of practicability in China' s medical education, CM can better fit the current situation of our medical teaching resources, and has better control over the teaching quality, thus making its educational conception easier to be accepted by Chinese medical students.
