结肠癌患者口腔具核梭杆菌与结肠癌发生关系的研究

摘    要:
目的:分析口腔具核梭杆菌(Fn)感染与结肠癌发生的关系。方法选取100例结肠癌患者为观察组,100例健康体检者为对照组,对比两组Fn感染率及Fn DNA含量差异。同时根据肿瘤分期将观察组患者分为A期组(39例),B期组(31例)及C期组(30例),对比3组间Fn感染率及Fn DNA含量差异。结果观察组Fn感染率及Fn DNA含量均高于对照组(P﹤0.05);观察组3组间,Fn感染率分别是41.03%、70.97%和93.33%,而Fn DNA含量分别是(55.12±5.79)×108/L、(62.16±6.78)×108/L、(66.23±6.17)×108/L,3组间Fn感染率和Fn DNA含量比较差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),其中以C期组Fn感染率及Fn DNA含量最高;且经相关性分析发现,肿瘤分期与Fn DNA含量存在相关性(r=0.756,P﹤0.05)。结论 Fn感染在结肠癌的发生发展中可能具有一定作用,临床应对Fn感染引起重视,Fn感染可作为辅助结肠癌患者进行病理分期的一项指标。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the relationship between oral infection of nuclear spindle coli (fusobacterium nu-cleatum, Fn) and the occurrence of colon cancer. Method 100 cases of normal healthy adults and 100 cases of colon can-cer patients were enrolled in this study as control group and study group, respectively, the Fn infection rate and Fn DNA level of the two groups were detected and compared. Besides, the study group was stratified as group A(n=39), group B (n=31) and group C(n=30) according to the respective tumor stage;Furthermore, the infection rate and Fn DNA level of the three subgroups were compared. Result The Fn infection rate and Fn DNA level of study group were both signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);The Fn infection rates in the three subgroups were 41.03%, 70.97%and 93.33%, respectively, while the Fn DNA levels were (55.12±5.79)×108/L, (62.16±6.78)×108/L and (66.23±6.17)×108/L, respectively, the FN infection rate and Fn DNA level were of statistically significant difference (P<0.05), with the group C had the highest infection rate and Fn DNA level;Through analysis, a significant correlation between tumor staging and Fn DNA level was revealed (r=0.756, P<0.05). Conclusion Fn infection may play an important role in the development of colon cancer, which should be noted in clinical practice, besides, Fn infection may be included as an index for the path-ological staging in patients with colon cancer.
