术中超声引导射频联合瘤内无水酒精注射治疗肝癌

目的 :探讨开腹术中超声引导射频联合瘤内无水酒精注射治疗原发性肝癌及转移性肝癌的有效性与安全性。方法 :前瞻性分析 2 4例开腹术中超声引导射频联合瘤内无水酒精注射治疗原发性肝癌病人的临床资料。结果 :2 4例原发性肝癌中 ,肿瘤消失 12例 ,肿瘤缩小 8例 ,肿瘤不变或继续增大 3例 ,不足 3个月死亡 1例 ;1年生存率为 83%。结论 :开腹术中超声引导射频联合瘤内无水酒精注射治疗肝癌安全有效 ,并发症少 ,可在腹腔肿瘤姑息性切除时一并进行

Treatment of Primary Hepatic Cancer with Radiofrequency Ablation and Ethanol Injection under the Guidance of Ultrasound during Open Surgery

Objective: To investigate the effect and safety of radiofrequency ablation and ethanol injection during open surgery under the guidance of ultrasound for treatment of primary hepatic cancer.Methods:The clinical data of prospectively and non-randomly selected 24 patients with liver cancer and treated with radiofrequency ablation and ethanol injection during open surgery under the guidance of ultrasound were analyzed.Results:From 24 cases with primary hepatocellular carcinoma the tumors disappeared in 12 cases,decreased in size in 8 cases and unchanged or extended in 3 cases. 1 case died less than 3 months after operation.The 1-year survival rate was 83%.Conclusion: Radiofrequency ablation and ethanol injection during open surgery under the guidance of ultrasound is a safe and effective therapy for primary hepatic cancer, and the complications caused by it are very few.
