| 摘 要： | 目的研究脑白质疏松(LA)患者的认知功能。方法应用事件相关电位(ERP)、老年认知功能量表(SECF),对34例LA患者进行检测评估,并与性别、年龄和文化程度方面相匹配的34例对照进行对比。结果 LA患者的P3潜伏期明显延长;有明显的记忆障碍;有注意力、注意集中能力、信息提取能力的下降;有时间、空间定向障碍;空间结构能力下降。结论 LA患者有多项认知功能障碍,尤以记忆损害突出;认知功能损害可能与脑室周围低灌注和缺血性损伤有关。
