情志护理、耳穴埋豆联合热敷干预子宫肌瘤围手术期随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察情志护理、耳穴埋豆联合热敷干预子宫肌瘤围手术期疗效。[方法]采用随机平行对照方法,将96例住院患者按抛硬币方法随机分为两组。对照组48例常规护理,对并发症进行护理。护理组48例中医护理,入院后对患者全面评估,介绍医院环境制度,告知检查项目,健康宣教,介绍相关知识、手术方法、注意事项,做好术前准备;情志护理:对焦虑、恐惧等不良情绪,倾听、解释、指导,予患者关心温暖,赢得信任,消除不良情绪;耳穴埋豆:取神门、交感用王不留行籽穴位按压,2min/次,按压3~5次/d;术后第1d热疗,将金黄散加玄麦,研粉,装入21cm×15cm布袋中,放伤口敷料,用TDP照射,20~30min/次,2次/d。连续护理15d为1个疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续护理2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]相关指标护理组优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]情志护理、耳穴埋豆联合热敷干预子宫肌瘤围手术期效果显著,值得推广。

Continuous nursing 15 d for a period of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous nursing 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [Results ] the relevant indicators of nursing group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Modem nursing, ear acupuncture point buries beans joint hot compress uterine fibroids perioperative nursing effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
