中药漱口液口腔护理预防呼吸机相关性肺炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察中药漱口液口腔护理预防呼吸机相关性肺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将300例住院患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组。对照组150例冲洗前,将头部抬高约30°~40°,生理盐水将不断注入口腔,同时将口腔内分泌物吸出,反复操作3~4次;随后生理盐水滴于棉签,擦拭口腔、冲洗;后更换消毒牙垫,同时恢复气管插管。护理组150例中药漱口液(蒲公英20g,黄芩、金银花、野菊花、七叶一支花、白芷10g),1剂/d,水煎150mL,温度38℃~39℃,操作方法同对照组。连续护理10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。护理1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]护理组痊愈52例,显效53例,有效38例,无效6例,总有效率96.00%。对照组痊愈12例,显效25例,有效13例,无效100例,总有效率33.33%。护理组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。[结论]中药漱口液口腔护理预防呼吸机相关性肺炎效果显著,值得推广。

[ Conclusion ] Nursing group 52 cases cured, 53 cases were markedly effective, effective 38 cases, 6 no effect, the total effective rate was 96.00%. Control group 12 cases recovered, 25 cases were markedly effective, effective in 13, 100 had no effect, the total effective rate was 33.33%. Nursing treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] TCM oral care ventilator associated pneumonia prevention effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
