| 独活寄生汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎36例临床观察 | |

| 摘 要： | [目的]观察独活寄生汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对36例门诊患者使用独活寄生汤(独活、防风、川芎、牛膝、桑寄生、秦艽、杜仲、当归、茯苓、熟地、白芍各9g,党参12g,细辛、甘草各6g,肉桂3g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚温服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、关节功能、不良反应。治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈26例,显效6例,有效0例,无效4例,总有效率88.89%。[结论]独活寄生汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,疗效满意,值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | [ Objective ] Duhuojisheng decoction treatment of knee osteoarthritis treatment. [ Method ] Method using a prospective design, 36 outpatients using Duhuojisheng decoction （ independent living, wind, Chuanxiong, hyssop, mistletoe, Gentiana, gutta, Angelica, Poria, Rehmannia, white peony root 9g, Codonopsis 12g, fine Sim, licorice 6g, cinnamon 3g） . 1 / d, decoction 200mL, morning and evening, warm clothes. 7d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. Treatment of 3 courses, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] cured 26 cases, effective in 6 cases, effectively 0 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 88.89%. [ Conclusion ] Duhuojisheng decoction treatment of knee osteoarthritis, results were satisfactory, worthy of promotion. |
