针刺联合悬灸治疗神经根型颈椎病随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察针刺联合悬灸治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将32例门诊及住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组16例针刺,大椎、后溪、风门、颈椎夹脊、天柱,俯卧位,消毒针刺点,平补平泻,以酸、胀、麻等针感为主,30min/次,1次/d。治疗组16例悬灸,对大椎、后溪、风门、颈椎夹脊、天柱进行艾柱悬灸,以皮肤感温热不烫为度;针刺治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、疼痛程度评分、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈15例,显效3例,无效1例,总有效率94.44%。对照组痊愈6例,显效6例,无效6例,总有效率66.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。疼痛程度评分两组均有改善(P0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.01)。[结论]针刺联合悬灸治疗神经根型颈椎病效果显著,值得推广。

Acupuncture treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment of 10 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, pain score, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group 15 cases cured, 3 cases had marked effect, 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 94.44%. Control group cure 6 cases, 6 cases were markedly effective, 6 no effect, the total effective rate was 66.67%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Degree of pain score two groups have improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the treatment group improved better than that of control group （ P〈0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] acupuncture combined suspended moxibustion treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
