益气活血方联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察益气活血方联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组35例常规治疗,硝酸酯类、阿司匹林及硝苯地平等。治疗组35例益气活血方(黄芪40g,丹参20g,西洋参、焦山楂、川芎、炙远志各10g,酸枣仁20g,当归15g,郁金、熟地各10g,地龙15g,枳壳、甘草各10g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心电图、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效13例,有效16例,无效6例,总有效率82.86%。对照组显效12例,有效14例,无效9例,总有效率74.29%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。两组指标均有改善(P0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]益气活血方联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病效果显著,值得推广。

Yiqi Huoxue Fang Combined Western Medicine Treatment of Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis Type Random Parallel Control Study of Coronary Artery Disease

[ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 70 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to flip a coin method. The control group of 35 cases of conventional treatment. Nitrate, aspirin and nifedipine. Treatment group 35 examples yiqi huoxue fang （ Huangqi 40 g, Danshen 20 g, Xiyangshen, Jiaoshanzha, Chuanqiong, Zhiyuanzhi each 10g, Suanzaoren 20g, Danggui 15g, ~ujin, Shudi each 10g, Dilong 15g, Zhike, Gancao 10g ） ; l/d, boiling water 200 ml, oral sooner or later. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 10 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 13 cases were markedly effective, effective in 16 cases, 6 no effect, the total effective rate was 82.86%. Control group 12 cases had marked effect, 14 cases effectively, 9 no effect, the total effective rate was 74.29%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Two groups of blood rheology indexes were improved （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group improved better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion Yiqi huoxue fang combined western medicine treatment of qi deficiency blood stasis type of coronary heart disease, is worth promoting.
