月桂氮艹(上)卓(下)酮对口(左)恶(右)丙嗪透皮吸收作用的研究

 目的:考察月桂氮艹(上)卓(下)酮对口(左)恶(右)丙嗪透皮作用的影响。方法:应用简单小室法，以蛇皮为透皮屏阵，使用不同浓度的月桂氮艹(上)卓(下)酮，测量口(左)恶(右)丙嗪的透皮吸收量。结果:含0.5%, 1.0%,2.0%,3.0%月桂氮艹(上)卓(下)酮的口(左)恶(右)丙嗪擦剂与不含 月桂氮艹(上)卓(下)酮的口(左)恶(右)丙嗪擦剂间，其透皮吸收有显著性(P<0.05)或机显著性差异(P<0.01)，月桂氮艹(上)卓(下)酮对口(左)恶(右)丙嗪的透皮吸收促进作用无浓度依赖性。结论:不同浓度的月桂氮艹(上)卓(下)酮均能明显促进口(左)恶(右)丙嗪的透皮吸收，其中以含0.5%的月桂氮艹(上)卓(下)酮浓度，促口(左)恶(右)丙嗪吸收效果最佳。

Azone affecting the transdermal absorption of oxaprozin

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Azone affecting the transdermal amount of oxaprozin. METHOD:Using simple cell method and snake skin as transdermal barrier, we determined the transdermal amount of oxaprozin in different Azone concentrations liniments. RESULTS: Comparison of oxaprozin liniment having no Azone with the liniments containing different Azone concentrations of 0.5%，1.0%，2.0%，3.0% showed a remarkable difference(P<0.05)or very remarkable difference(P<0.O1).Improving the transdermal amount of oxaprozin was not related to the concentrations of Azone. CONCLUSION: All different concentrations of Azone could improve the transdermal amount of oxaprozin, especially, oxaprozin liniment containing 0.5% Azone.
