| 摘 要： | 本文采用GC和GC—MS联用技术对四川产黄花蒿挥发油的化学成分进行了剖析,共鉴定出26种化合物,占出峰总面积的73.73％,主要成分为樟脑、龙脑和倍伴萜醇类,其中,薄荷酮等5个化合物为首次从该植物中发现。研究结果表明其成分和其他产地的黄花蒿挥发油存在明显差别。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the composition of essential oil of Artemesia annua L. from Sichuan was studied by means of GC and GC-MS. 26 compounds were identified. including 5 compounds which have not been previously reported- Among them, the major constituents are comphor,borneol and sesquiterpenoid alcohols. The results indicate there is remarkable diffenence between the composition of essential oil of Artemesia annua L. from Sichuan and that from other areas. |
