线纹香茶菜,狭基线纹香茶菜,溪黄草水提物抗炎,保肝作用初步研究

对线纹香茶菜、狭基线纹香茶菜、溪黄草的水提物进行了消炎、护肝和毒性实验。结果表明,线纹香茶菜、狭基线纹香茶菜、溪黄草的水提物均能抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳部炎症反应,狭基线纹香茶菜、溪黄草提取物能对抗醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加,三者均有降低CCl_4引起小鼠急性肝损伤后SGPT升高的作用;小鼠一次口服三者水提物的最大耐受量分别为60、60和90g/kg体重。

Effects of the Water Soluble Extracts of Isodon lophanthoides, I. lophanthoides var. gerardianus and I. serra on Anti-inflammation and live r-protection in Mice

The effects of the water soluble extracts of I. lophanthoidts (Buch. -Ham. ex D. Don)H. Hara, I. lophan-thoides var. gerardiatius(Bentham)H.Hara and I. serra(Maxim. )Kudo on anti-inflammation and live r-protection were investigaled in vivo. The results demonstrated that those water soluble extracts of the herbs could markedly inhibit ear inflammatory, reaction of mice caused by dimethylbenzene, and significantly protect against raising of SGPT of mice acute liver damage induced by CC14. Furthermore the extracts of I. lophatithoides gerardianus (Bentham) H. Hara and I. serra (Maxim. )Kudo could also effectively protect against capilary hyperpermeability of mice abdominal cavity caused by acetic acid.Toxicological studies on the water soluble extracts of them showed that maxiumal tolerences of the herbs to mice for one single oral taking were 60,60,90g/Kg body weight, respectively.
