肺平滑肌肉瘤(附3例报告并文献复习)

肺平滑肌肉瘤是一种罕见的肺部恶性肿瘤，本文报告我院自1991年以来收治的3例肺平滑肌肉瘤，并结合文献对本病的特点进行讨论。我们认为肺平滑肌肉瘤同支气管肺病相比具有以下特点：1）肺内阴影边界清晰，密度均匀，生长快，但不论肿块大小，多不伴有肺门或纵隔淋巴结肿大，2）术前不易获得病理或细胞学的诊断，3）病理学上不易与肺的未分化癌相区别。结论：详细了解病史，注意X线特征和早期手术是对这种罕见的肺部肿瘤唯一有效的诊断和治疗方法。

Pulmonary Leiomnyosarcoma, Report of Three Cases with Review of Literatures

Three cases of the rare pulmonary leiomyosarcoma are presented. Their characteristic clinical features were descrital with a review of literatures. As compared with bronchogenic carcinoma it has the followingcharacteristics: 1) on chest X - ray it usually appears as a sharply demarcated ,homogenous dense round mass, growing rapidly within the lung; it is seldom acompanied with hilar or mediastinal lymph node enlargement; 2) preoperativey, it is hard to obtain a definite diagnosis cytoolgically or pathologically by either specimen obtained from sputumsmear or biopsies through through bronchoscopy or percutaneous neelde aspiration; 3) it is also difficult to differentiate leiomyosarcoma from anaplastic lung cancer pethologically. In conclusion: the pulmonary leimposarcoma is a rare malignant tumor. Only through careful history taking, attention to the chest X - ray characteristics and early surgicalresection, a diagnosis and definitive treatment can be obtained.
