| Abstract: | We describe a patient with advanced shoulder osteoarthritis who developed a spontaneous hemarthrosis due to a bleeding pseudoaneurysm. This rare cause of intra-articular hemorrhage is important to establish because specific treatment may offer relief and prevent further bleeding. |
