| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨聚乙烯醇 (Potyvinyealcohol,PVA)颗粒加明胶海绵颗粒双重栓塞支气管动脉 ,以达到安全有效地治疗大咯血的目的。方法 62例大咯血患者采用支气管动脉双重栓塞 ,双侧栓塞 45例 ,单侧栓塞 1 7例 ,栓塞材料为PVA颗粒和明胶海绵颗粒。所有病例随访 6～ 1 8个月。结果 立即止血 56例 ,咯血明显减少 4例 ,2例止血无效 ,无严重并发症发生。结论 PVA颗粒加明胶海绵双重栓塞支气管动脉治疗大咯血是安全有效的治疗方法

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of bronchial arterial double embolization with pva particles and Gelfoan in controlling massive hemptysis. Methods Bronchial arterial embolization was performed in 62 patients with hempotysis. Single bronchial artery was embolized in 17 patients, bilateral bronchial arteries in 45 patients. PVA partiles and Gelfoam were used as embolization agents. All partients had been followed-up for 6-18 months. Results Immediate and complete control of hemoptysis was achieved in 56 patients, marked reductions in bleeding were seen in 4 patients and failure to stop bleeding in 2 patients. There's no any severe complications in all patients. Conclusion Bronchial arterial double embolization with PVA particles and Gelfoam is an effective and safe procedure for massive hempotysis. |
