| 摘 要： | 目的探讨角膜肉芽肿形成的原因、临床表现及手术预后。方法对12例角膜肉芽肿病例,均行角膜肉芽肿切除术加羊膜移植术。结果12眼术后观察60～90d,角膜面光滑,肉芽肿未见复发,视力提高。结论肉芽肿切除加羊膜移植术,对角膜肉芽肿有良好效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To search Corneal granuloma formation,clinical manifestion and the prognosis after surgery. Methods 12 eases of corneal granuloma had undergone excision of corneal granuloma and amniotie membrane graft transplantation. Results 12 eyes were observed for 60 - 90 days, the corneal surface was smooth, without recurrence of granuloma. The eyesight was improved. Conclusion Granuloma excision with amniotic membrane graft transplantation had good effect on the corneal granuloma. |
