摘    要:
目的:建立羊颞下颌关节骨关节病(TMJOA)实验动物模型。方法:用自制撞击装置间接造成羊右侧关节损伤,左侧关节为对照。伤后2h,1,,6mo取材,通过组织学观察TMJ伤后病理改变。结果:TMJ伤后早期出现关节囊内血肿,关节盘及滑膜撕裂,髁突表面软骨碎裂;后期出现髁突骨质吸收、破坏及骨赘形成,滑膜增生,关节盘纤维断裂,穿孔。结论:该方法造成的TMJOA具有可重复性,短期内发生,良好的相似性,病变为自

Abstract:
To develop an animal model of temporo-mandibular joint osteoarthtitis(TMJOA) in the sheep. Methods: Trauma to the TMJ was achieved under an impact to the right mandibular angle with self-made device, the left TMJ was used as a condrol. The animals were killed after 2 h, 1,3 and 6 mo. The effects of indirect trauma on the TMJ were investigated by the method of light microscopy. Results: In the early post-trauma stage, the impact could produce hemathro-sis of TMJ,partial loss of the condylar articular surface, layer and laceration or rupture of the disc. An eroded, eburnated surface with osteophytes of condyle, hyperplasia of synovial membrane, thined or perforated of disc in the later stage. Conclusion: The TMJOA model on the sheep induced by indirect trauma is reproducible occurs within a short time andsimilar to the human TMJOA. This model can be used for both the study of TMJOA and the evaluation of therapeutic methods.
