中医综合护理对耳鸣患者负性情绪及临床症状的影响

目的:观察中医综合护理对耳鸣患者负性情绪及临床症状的影响。方法:选取74例耳鸣患者,根据随机数字表法分为2组,对照组37例患者采用常规护理,观察组37例患者采用中医综合护理。对比2组干预前后负性情绪情况、纯音听阈测试情况、耳鸣严重程度评分及生活质量评分。结果:护理前2组抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、纯音听阈、耳鸣严重程度评分及各项生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后2周、1个月,2组SDS评分及SAS评分均较护理前下降,且观察组低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后1个月,2组纯音听阈、耳鸣严重程度评分均较护理前下降,且观察组低于同期对照组(P<0.05);2组心理健康、躯体健康、物质生活、社会功能评分均较护理前明显升高,且观察组优于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合护理可有效改善耳鸣患者的负性情绪,缓解耳鸣症状,降低纯音听阈,还可提高患者生活质量。

Effect of Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Nursing on Negative Emotions of Patients with Tinnitus and Clinical Symptoms

Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing on negative emotions and clinical symptoms of patients with tinnitus.Methods:Selected 74 cases of patients with tinnitus,and divided them into two groups according to random number table,37 cases in each group.The control received routine nursing,while the observation group received Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing.Compared the status of negative emotions,the results of pure tone threshold audiometry,scores of tinnitus severity and scores of quality of life in both groups before and after interventions.Results:Comparing the scores of Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),pure tone threshold audiometry,tinnitus severity and quality of life in both groups before nursing,there was no significant difference being found(P>0.05).Two weeks and one month after nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group were lower than the control group,difference being significant(P<0.05).One month after nursing,the scores of pure tone threshold audiometry and tinnitus severity in the observation group were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the scores of mental health,physical health,material well-being,social functioning were all evidently higher than those before nursing,and the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with tinnitus,relieve the symptoms of tinnitus,reduce pure tone threshold audiometry and improve the quality of life.
