| 摘 要： | 目的:观察通脉回春饮治疗急性脑梗塞(痰热瘀阻证)的临床疗效。方法:将60例急性脑梗塞患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。治疗组用通脉回春饮治疗,对照组用低分子右旋糖酐、胞二磷胆碱治疗,疗程2周。结果:治疗组总有效率88．67％,对照组总有效率66．7％,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0．01)。结论:通脉回春饮治疗急性脑梗塞(痰热瘀阻证)有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective; To observe the curative effect of Tongmai Huichun decoction on treating acute cerebral infarction in the sputum-heat and blood stasis obstructing syndrome. Methods:The 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided randomly into therapy and control groups, 30 cases per group. Tongmai huichun decoction was used in the therapy group, meanwhile the low molecular dextran and cytidine diphosphate choline were in the control group, and the therapeutic course was 2 weeks for both groups. Result; The total effective rate was 88. 67% in the therapy and 66.70% in the control, and the difference between the two was significant(P <0. 01 ). Conclusion:Tongmai huichun decoction is more effective for acute cerebral infarction in the sputum-heat and blood stasis obstructing syndrome. |
