| 摘 要： | 目的分析B超引导下脐静脉穿刺术的临床应用价值。方法对1200例临床怀疑异常的孕妇进行B超引导下脐静脉穿刺术,检测、分析所抽取的脐静脉血。结果成功率99.7%,发现异常胎儿349例。结论B超引导下脐静脉穿刺术成功率高,应用广泛,是一项安全的产前诊断方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze clinical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous umbilical blood sampling. Methods 1200 clinically suspected abnormal pregnant women were performed the punctures under the guidance of ultrasound, the samples of the umbilical blood were analyzed. Results The success rate was 99.7%. 349 abnormal fetus were found. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous umbilical sampling is a safe approach with high efficiency for prenatal diagnosis. |
