中西医结合治疗亚急性重症肝炎23例疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗亚急性重症肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将42例亚急性重症肝炎患者随机分为2组。对照组19例采用促肝细胞生长素等西药治疗;治疗组23例采用急肝退黄汤联合促肝细胞生长素等西药的中西医结合方法治疗。观察2组总胆红素、凝血酶原活动度的变化和治疗效果。结果:总有效率治疗组为73.91％,对照组52.63％,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);对降低总胆红素、提高凝血酶原活动度,治疗组优于对照组,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗亚急性重症肝炎能加速黄疸消退,提高凝血酶原活动度,疗效确切。

Treatment of Severe Subacute Hepatitis by TCM Combined with Western Medicine:A Clinical observation of 23 Cases

Objective: To observe the curetive effect of TCM combined with western mestem medicine (WM) for severe subacute hepatitis (SSH). Me thods: 42 cases of SSH were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The control group (19 cases) was treated by WM for pronoting liver cell growth and the treatment group (23 cases) by Jigan Tuihuang Tuihuang Tang associated with WM. The total bilirubin, prothrombin activity and curative effect were observed in both groups. Results: The total effective rate was 73. 91% in treat- ment group and 52. 63% in control group (P < 0.05). The de- crease of total bilirubin and increase of prothrombin activity were more obious in the treatment group as compared with the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: TCM combined with WM can ac- celerate the reduction of jaundice and increase the prothrombin ac- tivity, and possesses a definite curative effect for SSH.
