疏肝建坤汤配合微波治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

目的：观察疏肝建坤汤配合微波治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法：将126例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各68例。治疗组采用疏肝健坤汤配合ECO-100型微波治疗仪治疗,对照组采用ECO-100型微波治疗仪治疗。两组均治疗3个月后观察临床疗效、症状积分。结果：治疗组总有效率89.71%,对照组总有效率76.47%（P〈0.01）。两组间痊愈率、总有效率治疗组均高于对照组,且经统计学处理差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）,治疗后两组症状积分均较治疗前下降（P〈0.01）,且两组间治疗前后积分差值有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：疏肝健坤汤配合微波治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效显著,优于对照组。

The Clinical Research on ShuganJiankun Decoction Combined with Microwave in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective：Observing the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of using ShuGanJianKun decoction and monitor the results.Methods：It simply divided 126 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease into two groups,with 68 patients in each group;one group treated with ShuGanJianKun decoction with the ECO-100 microwave treatment instrument,and the other control group using only the ECO-100 microwave treatment instrument.Both groups were treated for 3 months and the results were observed by using the method of aggregating the symptoms.Results：The success rate of the treatment group was 89.71% and the control group was 76.47%（P0.01）.The treatment group has both higher healing rate and total effectiveness than the control group,and by statistics processing there was a significant difference（P0.05）.After treatment,both groups had lower aggregation of symptoms than before（P0.01）,also this was a significant difference in the total aggregation between the two groups before and after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion：ShuGanJianKun decoction with microwave treatment has proven to be more effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,comparing to the control group.
