奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的　观察奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法　选用一般情况具有可比性的急性脑梗死患者 ,随机分成两组 ,治疗组 5 0例 ,对照组 45例。治疗组用奥扎格雷钠注射液 80mg加生理盐水 2 5 0ml静滴 ,1/d ;对照组给予低分子右旋糖酐 5 0 0ml 复方丹参 2 0ml静滴 ,1次 /d ,两组疗程均为 14d。结果　治疗组总有效率 92 % ,对照组 78% ;两组治疗前神经功能缺损评分无显著差异 ((P >0 0 5 )。治疗 14d后两组评分较前明显下降 ,但以奥扎格雷钠治疗组下降显著 ,治疗后两组平均评分有显著差异性 (P <0 0 1)。结论　表明奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死是安全有效的 ,使急性脑梗死患者临床症状显著改善。

Observation of therapeutic effeets of sodium ozagrel on acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of sodium ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Two groups of patients who had acute cerebral infarctions with comparative conditions were randomly divided into a therapeutic group(50 cases)and a control group(45cases).The patients of the therapeutic group were given sodium ozagrel 80mg dissolved in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250ml once a day intravenously.and in the control group were given codanshen 20ml in low molecular weight dextran 500ml once a day. Two groups of patients all had 14days one course of treatment.Rusults The effective results in the theraprutic group were 92%while those in the control group were 77%.and the nervous function victim comparison has no distinct difference(p>0.05)before cure.the comparison of two groups descent more distinct than before after 14 days cure,but the sodium ozagrel group was more great.the average comparison of two groups has great distinct difference (p<0.01) after cure.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of sodium ozagrelwere obvious in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.The clinical symptoms were singificantly improved in the patients of the therapeuti group.
