流动统计查询与护理记录资源共享取代病室交班报告本设计与效果

目的：避免护士重复记录,减少护理书写时间,增加有效护理服务时效,提高工作质量。方法：依托医院信息化平台,设计与研发一体化护士工作站,将病室流动统计与电子护理病历数据资源共享,取代了原病室交班报告本。结果：护士不用书写与打印病室交班报告本,每天相当于节约3.5小时;护士及护士长根据模块中提示功能进行及时记录与审签护理病历,提高了护理病历质量,为医院的护理病历公开奠定了基础。节约了纸张,实现了无纸化办公。结论：一体化工作站,增加了有效护理服务时效,提高了护理质量和满意率。

Design and effect of integration of dynamic statistic query and nursing document resources to replace nurse hand over report book

Objective：To avoid nurses＇ repeated document, decrease nurses’paper work time, improve the effectiveness of nursing care service and increase the nursing quality. Method： Based on the hospital information platform, an integrated nurse work station, which can share dynamic statistic query with electronic nursing document and replace nurse hand over report book, was designed and developed. Result： Nurses need not write and print hand over report book and it equaled to save 3.5 hours everyday. Nurses or head nurse can record or check nursing document in time. Nursing document quality improved, and foundation was established to make nursing document open. This innovation also saved paper and actualized paperless office. Conclusion： The integrated nurse work station increased the effectiveness of nursing care service, improved care quality and satisfaction.
