| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经干细胞（NSCs）不同的移植方法治疗脊髓损伤的可行性及疗效差异。方法 Wistar成年大鼠40只,随机分成4组,①正常组;②损伤组;③静脉移植组;④损伤局部移植组。术后2个月采用免疫组化观察横断脊髓局部NSCs分布及分化情况,采用BBB评分、皮层体感诱发电位（CSEP）评价大鼠脊髓功能的恢复情况。结果各种移植方法在损伤脊髓节段上下均可检测到B rdu标记细胞,但是不同移植方法B rdu标记的移植细胞数不同;BBB评分C、D组与B组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,C组与D组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;所有大鼠CSEP在术前和A组术后的潜伏期正常;脊髓损伤1 d后,B组、C组和D组的CSEP消失,术后2个月B组的波形仍无,C组和D组的波形恢复,但潜伏期延长,与B组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,C组与D组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论神经干细胞静脉移植和脊髓损伤局部移植对大鼠损伤脊髓的功能恢复有一定的促进作用,但这两种方法之间无明显差异。
