桑菊蝉芍散治疗SCL致细蔺性角膜炎的临床观察

目的：观察桑菊蝉芍散治疗软性角膜接触镜（SCL）致细菌性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法：将软性角膜接触镜致细菌性角膜炎患者90例随机分为治疗组、对照组各45例。对照组予西药常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用桑菊蝉芍散，1剂／d，水煎服，服药前用药汤热气薰眼，早晚各1次。2组均以治疗10天为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后观察疗效及治愈时间。结果：治愈率治疗组为64．44％，对照组为46．67％，2组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。总有效率治疗组为91．11％，对照组为80．OO％，2组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。治疗组治愈时间最短7天，最长17天，平均（10．15±3．23）天；对照组治愈时间最短9天，最长18天，平均（14．46±4．67）天，二者相比有显著性差异沪〈0．05）。结论：桑菊蝉芍散治疗SEL致细菌性角膜炎临床疗效显著，且可缩短疗程。

Clinical Observation on SangJu ChanShaoSan in Treating Bacterial Keratitis Caused by SCL

Objective： To observe clinical effect of SangJu ChonShaoSan in the treatment of bacterial keratitis caused by soft contact lens （SCL）. Method： Ninety patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group on average. Control group were treated with conventional western medicine while treatment group took SangJu ChanShanSan based on the treatment of control group, one dose per day, decocted in water, fumigating the eyes with the decoction before took, twice per day. One course of treatment was ten days. Effect and healing time were observed after two courses of treatment. Result： Cure rate of treatment group was 64.44%, superior to 46.67% of control group with remarkable difference （P〈 0.05）. Total effective rate of treatment group was 91.11%, higher than 80.00% of control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The shortest healing time of treatment group were seven days, the longest 17 days, the average （10.15±3.23） days; the shortest of control group nine days, the longest 18 days, the average （14.46±4.67） days, the comparison showed obvious difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： SangJu ChanShaoSan can obtain remarkable effects in treating bacterial keratitis and shorten the course of treatment.
