| 摘 要： | 原发性肝癌属常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,发病率高,死亡率高,约80%患者初诊时已是中晚期,失去手术机会,并容易发生肝内转移和肺转移,虽然有一些治疗方法,但仅为近期疗效,远期疗效仍较差。现报道1例经中医药治疗取得较好疗效的原发性肿瘤病例,以期为临床治疗此病提供参考。

| Abstract: | Primary liver cancer is one of common malignant tumors of digestive tract in China with high morbidity and mortality,about 80% of the patients are diagnosed as cancer in intermediate and advanced stage in the first visit,missed the chance of operation.Liver cancer is easily developed into intrahepatic or pulmonary metastasis.There are some treatments and only effective in short term but poor in long term.Now one case treated with TCM and got better effect is reported to provide reference for clinical treatment. |
