| 摘 要： | 目的：观察玫参胶囊治疗围绝经期骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法：以60例患有围绝经期骨质疏松妇女为研究对象,随机分为2组各30例。治疗组口服玫参胶囊,对照组口服更年欣胶囊,观察2组患者临床症状,血清钙、磷和碱性磷酸酶含量,桡骨远端和胫骨中段骨密度（BAD）。结果：总有效率治疗组为90.00%,对照组为73.33%,2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组在升高BAD、血清钙、磷水平,降低血清碱性磷酸酶水平方面的作用优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：玫参胶囊对围绝经期骨质疏松症状有较好的改善作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe curative effect of MeiShen capsule in treating menopausal osteoporosis.Method： Sixty menopausal patients with osteoporosis were separated into two groups,30 cases each group.Treatment group orally took MeiShen capsule while control group were administered with GengNianXin capsule.Clinical symptoms,contents of calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase in serum,bone mineral density（BAD） of distal radius and middle tibia were observed in both groups.Result： Total effective rate of observation group was 90.00%,higher than 73.33% of control group with remarkable difference（P0.05）.Effects of rising BAD,serum calcium and phosphorus,descending serum alkaline phosphatase in treatment group were superior to that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： MeiShen capsule can improve menopausal osteoporosis. |
