“接骨灵”促进骨折愈合的扫描电子显微镜的初步观察

摘    要:取家兔80只,雌雄各半,制备骨折模型后,随机分为5组,实验组内服中药验方“接骨灵”(分高、中、低剂量组).药物对照组内服伤科接骨片(大连中药厂);空白对照组不用任何药物,骨折后2周、4周、6周后分别处死实验动物.取骨折端标本进行扫描电镜(SEM)观察,对参与成骨活动的细胞、胶原的形态和分布,间质中的钙化过程以及各类骨痂的生长情况作客观描述.进一步分析和讨论实验用药对骨折愈合的组织学影响,并以此说明中药接骨又有促进骨折愈合的作用。

Abstract:eighty rabbits were selected, female and male each accouting for fifty percent. Fracture models were devided into five groups. The experiment group was fed on the setting of fracture pellets the doses being high, mediocre, low respectively): The pharmaceutical control group was fed on setting of fracture tablets (made in Dalian Cbinese Medicine Factory); The control group was fed on nothing. The rabbits were separately enthanized at 2, 4, 6 weeks respectively. The specimen of fracture were observed under seanning electron microseope. The author objectively described the cells of osteogenetic process, the apperance and distribution of collagen, the calcification process of interquality and the condition of all kinds callus. The anthor made further anahysis and discussion about the influence of the pharma ceutical on histology of union and interpred the function of sctting of fracture pellets.
