摘    要:目的探讨饮食、运动干预对代谢综合征(MS)患者脂质代谢和体重的影响。方法2003—2005年连续3年对深圳地区部分体检人群进行身高、体重、空腹血糖(FPG)、葡萄糖耐量餐后2h血糖(OGTT2hPG)、血压(BP)、血脂测定,计算体质指数(BMI),调查代谢综合征的患病率以及成分组合特点,针对性进行健康教育,采取饮食、运动干预,观察对代谢综合征患者脂质代谢和体重的影响。结果连续3年调查,患者超重和肥胖患病率从2003年的23.00%下降到2004年的20.57%,2005年为9.60%;血脂异常患病率从2003年的18.0%下降到2004年的13.1%。结论饮食、运动干预能有效降低体重、改善代谢综合征患者的脂盾代谢.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of diet and exercises intervention on lipid metabolism and body mass index among the patients with metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods A 3-year (from 2003 to 2005) program on health consulting was given among a part of the population subjected physical examination in Shenzhen city. Height, body mass index, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), OGTT2hPG, blood pressure, blood lipid were measured, and body mass index (BMI) counted in this study. The incidence rate and characteristics of MS were investigated. Health education, as well as diet and exercise intervention, was given for the patients with MS, and effects of these measures on lipid metabolism and body mass index among the patients were observed. Results The prevalence rate of MS was significantly decreased from 12.1% in 2003 to 5.57% in 2005; The prevalence rate of overweight and obesity was significantly decreased from 23.0% in 2003 to 20.57% in 2004 and to 9.60% in 2005; The prevalence rate of abnormal blood lipid profile was significantly decreased from 18.0% in 2003 to 13.1% in 2004 and to 8.1% in 2005. Conclusions A pertinent health education, scientific and reasonable adjustment of diet structure, and proper exercises can reduce the body weight and abnormal blood lipid profile.
