旋覆花不同部位代谢组比较分析

摘    要:目的:探索旋覆花Inula japonica Thunb.次生代谢产物成分及其在旋覆花不同部位分布的差异性。方法:采用非靶向代谢组学方法对旋覆花根、茎、叶、花的代谢组进行比较分析。结果:共鉴定出675个代谢物,通过多元统计分析筛选出350个差异代谢物。其中,在23个黄酮类化合物中筛选出15个显著差异代谢物。代谢途径分析表明,淀粉和蔗糖代谢,丙氨酸、天门冬氨酸和谷氨酸代谢,植物激素信号转导代谢途径显著富集。结论:旋覆花不同组织中代谢物分布不同,不同组织间差异代谢物重要代谢途径的解析为旋覆花的合成生物研究提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To explore the components of secondary metabolites and their distribution in different parts of Inula japonica Thunb..Methods The non-targeted metabolomics was performed for comparing the metabolome of the root, stem, leaf, and flower of I. japonica.Results A total of 675 metabolites were identified, and 350 different metabolites were selected by the multivariate statistical analysis. Among them, 15 significantly different metabolites were screened from 23 flavonoids. Metabolic pathway analysis showed significant enrichment of the starch and sucrose metabolism, alanine, aspartate, and glutamate metabolism, and plant hormone signal transduction metabolism pathways.Conclusion The distribution of metabolites varies in different tissue of I. japonica. The analysis of important metabolism pathways of differential metabolites between different tissue lays the foundation for the study of the synthetic biology of I. japonica.
