| 摘 要： | 目的 :总结胆囊结石合并肝硬化的手术治疗。方法 :回顾分析 1997年 8月～ 2 0 0 2年 8月收治的胆囊结石合并肝硬化2 6例。结果 :胆囊部分切除 2 1例 ,胆囊切除 3例 ,胆囊切开取石胆囊造瘘 2例 ,2 3例均痊愈 ,死亡 2例 ,1例术后 1年因并发胆囊炎、胆囊结石再次手术。结论 :胆囊结石合并肝硬化为一高危手术 ,胆囊部分切除为安全有效的手术方式。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize operative method for hepatocirrhosis complicatied by choleystotithiasis.Method:From August 1997 to august 2002,26 cases with hepatocirrhosis complicatied by cholecystotithiasis were analysed retrospectively.Result:21 cases recieved Subtotal cholecystecystectomy,3 cases recieved cholecystectomy,2 cases recieved lithotomy of gallbladder and cholecystostomy.23 patients were cured. 2 patients died.There was onset of cholecystotithiasis and biliary colic in one patient at 12 months after operation and received operation again.Conclusion:It was very imminent for the surgical management of hepatocirrhosis complicatied by cholecystotithiasis.Subtotal cholecystectomy was a safe and effective operation. |
