连术颗粒解热抗菌实验研究

摘    要:目的 研究连术颗粒解热及其抗菌作用.方法 采用干酵母蒸馏水混悬液皮下注射致大鼠发热的药理模型,以日夜百服宁作为对照组,观察注射后6 h内各时间点体温变化情况;连术颗粒倍比稀释与诺氟沙星作为对照行体外抑菌试验研究,观察记录最低抑菌浓度及最低杀菌浓度.结果 经随机区组设计方差分析各组各时间点体温情况,表明与模型组相比,两组体温差别有统计学意义(P《0.01),即连术颗粒对干酵母所致的大鼠发热模型有明显的对抗作用;连术颗粒对伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等试验菌均有一定的抑制作用.结论 连术颗粒具有解热、抗菌作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the alexipyretic and antimicrobial effects of Lian-shu granule formulation.Methods Methods The pharmacological models of pyrexia were induced by yeast injection in rats.Bufferin cold pills were administered in control group and the rats' body temperatures were observed for 6 hours after being injected by yeast.Bacteriostatic tests in vitro were applied after Lian-shu granule formulation diluted in multiple proportions and Noroxin was used as control.Then minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) were recorded.Results After analyzing the data of temperature,it was concluded that Lian-shu granule formulation had obvious counteractive effects on yeast induced pyrexia in rats(P<0.01),it also had bacteriostatic and antifungal effects on Bacillus typhi,Bacillus dysenteriae and Staphylococcus aureus,etc.Conclusion Lian-shu granule formulation has antipyretic and antifungal effects in vitro.
