西宁地区新生儿蛛网膜下腔出血的CT诊断(附200例报告)

摘    要:目的:讨论西宁地区(海拔2260m)新生儿蛛网膜下腔出血的诊断与鉴别诊断。方法:高海拔地区410例新生儿头颅CT扫描,对其表现进行分析。结果:蛛网膜下腔出血200例、新生生儿缺氧缺血性脑病192例,脑实质内出血6例、脑室内出血8例、硬膜外及硬膜下出血各1例、其他2例。结论:CT对蛛网膜下腔出血能清楚显示其出血部位、范围及程度,对患儿损伤小、无痛苦。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the differential diagnosis of CT scans in neonatal subarachuoid hemorrhage. Methods: CT scan of skull was performed in 410 newborns and a retrospective analysis was made.Results: The subarachnoid hemorrhage, the neonatal anoxic and ischemic encephalopathy, the cerebral parenchymal hemorrhage, the hemorrhage in venticles of brain, etradural and subdural hemorrhage was 200, 190, 6, 8 and 1 case separately. Conclusions: CT can accurately display the location and extent of the lesion. It is safe, less harmful and painless for newborn.
