急性阑尾炎患儿外周血C-反应蛋白水平及临床意义

目的 测定急性阑尾炎患儿外周血清中C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平，评估CRP对急性阑尾炎患儿临床疗效的价值。方法采集32例急性阑尾炙、36例慢性胃炎和46例健康儿童外周血清，检测所有对象血清中CRP水平，评估其对临床疗效的评价，结果检测结果发现急性阑尾炎患儿血清血沉水平比慢性胃炎和健康儿童明显升高（P〈0．05）12例急性阑尾炎患儿接受药物治疗，20例患儿接受手术治疗后，血清中CRP水平显著下降，接近正常水平（P〈0．05）：结论急性阑尾炎惠几血清中CRP水平升高，CRP可以准确评估患者的临床严重程度，是临床上判断急性阑尾炎病情发展的重要指标。

Clinical significance of C - reactive protein in children with acute appendicitis

Objective To detect the levels of C - reactive protein （CRP） in sera from children with acute appendicitis, and evaluate its role in the severity and clinical efficacy. Methods CRP was analyzed in 32 children with active appendicitis, 36 children with chronic gastritis and 46 healthy subjects. The correlation between CRP and the severity of disease was analyzed subsequently. Results CRP was found to be significantly increased in children with acute appendicitis than that in childrenwith chronic gastritis and healthy controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Moreover, CRP was also significantly decreased in children with acute appendicitis after medical or surgical treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions CRP is increased in sera of acute appendicitis, and can be used to reflect the severity and is the most important markers in evaluating the prognosis.
