摘    要:目的 观察非瓣膜性心房颤动患者血清高敏C-反应蛋白(hs—CRP)和脑利钠肽(BNP)的变化,探讨炎症机制及脑利钠肽在心房颤动发生、发展与维持中的作用。方法分别测定94例心房颤动患者(房颤组)和非房颤患者(对照组)血清hs—CRP和BNP,同时测定左心房大小。观察hs—CRP和BNP与房颤的关系。结果房颤组血清hs—CRP和BNP均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05与P〈0.01)。且持续性房颤组hs—CRP高于阵发性房颤组(P〈0.01),而BNP在阵发性房颤组与持续性房颤组间差异却无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论炎症反应及BNP在房颤的发生、发展与维持中可能起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the level of high sensitive C -reactive protein (hs- C RP) and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in patients with atrial fibrillation, and to investigate the roles of hs - CRP and BNP in the initiation, progression and persistence of atrial fibrillation. Methods hs - CRP and BNP were determined in 94 patients with atrial fibrillation and controlls respectively. Left atrium diameter was detected too. Results The level of serum hs - CRP and BNP inthe patients with atrial fibrillation was significant higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 and P 〈0.01 respectively), hs - CRP was higher in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation than in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation ( P 〈 0.01 ) ,but there was no difference of BNP between persistent atrial fibrillation group and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group. Conclusions Inflammation and BNP may play an important role in the initiation, progression and persistence of atrial fibrillation.
