氯沙坦联合双氢克尿噻治疗原发性高血压疗效观察

目的观察氯沙坦联合双氢克尿噻治疗原发性高血压的疗效及安全性。方法40例原发性高血压患者,每天服氯沙坦50mg、双氢克尿噻12．5mg,观察降压疗效和对实验室检验结果的影响,在治疗2、4、8周末记录血压、心率及不良反应情况。结果治疗8周后血压明显下降（P〈0．01）,总有效率90％。治疗前后心率,肝、肾功能,血脂,血糖,血尿酸,电解质等均无明显变化（P〉0．05）。结论氯沙坦联合双氢克尿噻治疗原发性高血压具有疗效好、不良反应少的优点。

Efficacy of Iosartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in treatment of essential hypertension

Objective To evaluate the effects and safety of losartan and hydrochlorothiazide combination in treating essential hypertension. Methods Forty patients received losartan 50 mg and hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg once a day. Blood pressure and laboratory indexes were measured to evaluate its effect and safety. At the end of 2,4, 8 weeks after treatment, blood pressure, heart rate（HR） and adverse reaction were recorded. Results Blood pressure decreased significantly after 8 weeks treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. The total effective rates were 90%. There was no change in heart rate, liver and renal function, blood potassium, sodium, chlorine, blood lipid, blood glucose and blood uric acid before and after treatment （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions Losartan combined with hydroehlorothiazide is effective in the treatment of essential hypertension with less side effect.
