| 摘 要： | 目的观察静脉注射维拉帕米与普罗帕酮治疗阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的疗效。方法选择2003年12月至2008年7月在我院急诊科确诊的PSVT患者82例,随机分为维拉帕米组42例,普罗帕酮组40例。维拉帕米组静脉注射维拉帕米,并与静脉注射普罗帕酮组进行对比观察。结果维拉帕米组终止率为88.1%,平均起效时间为(21.78±13.60)min;普罗帕酮组终止率为85.0%,平均起效时间为(39.18±17.89)min。两组在复律时间上差异有统计学意义(t=4.635 2,P<0.01),但终止率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.169 0,P>0.05)。结论PSVT的治疗应用维拉帕米复律优于普罗帕酮。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of verapamil and propafenone on paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT).Methods42 PSVT patients were treated with intravenous verapamil,and the other 40 patients of PSVT were treated with intravenous propafenone.ResultsTermination rate of PSVT was 88.1% and the onset of action was(21.78±13.60)min in verapamil group;the termination rate of PSVT was 85.0% and the onset of action was(39.18±17.89)min in propafenone group.There was no difference between the 2 groups on rates of termination(χ2=0.169 0,P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the 2 groups on the onset of action(t=4.635 2,P<0.01).ConclusionThe effect of verapami on PSVT is better than propafenone. |
